“Follow Me” is a documentary about a unique rescue operation using drones. In the center of the plot is a married couple of civilians whose car accidentally came under enemy fire near Izyum. The nearest positions of the Ukrainian military were six kilometers away, but they had no opportunity to come and rescue personally. Then Ukrainian defenders did what no one in the world had done before: they raised drones into the air and showed people the way to salvation…
The footage of the rescue operation used in the movie “Follow Me” is based on real events. The military provided the creative team with all the materials, shot by drones. The viewer will get a complete immersion in a scene: the condition of the participants, emotions, drive, and heroism. A little later, the impressions of the real participants were recorded. “The title of the film has a deeper meaning. “It’s like we’re inviting the world to follow our courage,” commented the documentary’s director, Lubomyr Levytskyi

The founders of the GloryUA were not far from the place where the events that became the subject of the documentary took place. The military used drones donated by volunteers for the rescue operation. After watching the video footage of the rescue, the members of GloryUA came up with the idea of creating a documentary film. When director Lubomyr Levytskyi saw these videos, the foundation for the future film was laid. Everything else is the result of the work of a large professional team
